Adam Silver has been very private about his personal life. He's married to interior decorator and designer Maggie Grise, and they have two children together. They welcomed their first child, Louise Burns Silver, in April 2017.
The couple had their second child, another daughter, in May 2020 during the pandemic. Silver revealed to Chris Mannix of Sports Illustrated his experience of being a full-time father as the world stopped due to COVID-19.
