One of the most reliable role players in today's league, Malik Beasley has quickly made a name for himself in the NBA. Aside from his basketball career, Beasley has also been involved with Scottie Pippen's ex-wife.
Malik Beasley is a 6-foot-4 wingman from Florida State who was drafted by the Denver Nuggets with the 19th overall pick in 2016. Since then, he has slowly developed his game and made a name for himself.
In 2019, however, he became a hot topic after he was spotted in public with Larsa Pippen, the ex-wife of former Chicago Bulls star Scottie Pippen.
This all happened while Beasley was married to model Montana Yao. In November 2019, Beasley and Pippen were seen holding hands in public.

Their actions caused drama to those that were affected. A few days after the photo of the two circulated on social media, Yao filed for divorce. Following that, Larsa admitted to her relationship with, confirming that they were together. After just four months, however, they were in the headlines again as Pippen confirmed that they weren't together anymore. (via People.com)
Malik Beasley, on the other hand, re-connected with Yao after posting an apology on Instagram. The couple have a three-year-old son and were a big part of why they got back together.
The Utah Jazz could include Malik Beasley in a trade package
The Utah Jazz have surprised the entire NBA this season. So far, they have a record of 4-1, which ties them with the Portland Trailblazers as the top team in the Western Conference.
Before the season started, the Jazz were expected to have one of the worst seasons in the league. But they've clearly flipped the script so far and started off red-hot.
Malik Beasley is one of the big reasons for this achievement. The Florida State alum has been a huge help in putting points on the board for the team. In 24 minutes of playing time, he has made the most out of his time. Beasley is averaging 11.5 points, 2.3 rebounds, and a steal while shooting for 42% from the field and a below-average three-point percentage of 33%.
Beasley has been a great role player this season and if Danny Ainge does decide to make more roster moves, he could include Beasley in any trade package. During the offseason, the Jazz made it clear that he's worth a first-round pick if they ever trade him.
The red-hot Utah Jazz will play against the Denver Nuggets on Friday, October 28th.
