Like most people, Luka Doncic of the Dallas Mavericks was surprised with what occurred during the 2023 NBA trade deadline. The Phoenix Suns just got better after trading for Kevin Durant, making them favorites to win the title.

Doncic was asked what he thought of the move by the Suns, and he said this:
