Stranger Things star Noah Schnapp is one of the biggest NBA fans. He has attended multiple games. Schanpp, who hails from New York, is an ardent New York Knicks fan. The 2019 Teen Choice Award winner has been frequently spotted courtside at MSG.

Despite their unsuccessful tenure over the last couple of decades, the Knicks remain one of the most followed teams in Hollywood circles. They continue to reap the benefits of being one of the big market teams in the league. Akin to Schnapp, several celebrities who hail from the city regularly appear during regular-season games at the Garden.

Noah Schnapp is only 18 years old and hasn't seen the team be as successful as they were in the 90s. However, he is still a passionate supporter during one of the worst patches in franchise history.

The New York Knicks made the playoffs during the 2020-21 NBA season as the No. 4 seed in the Eastern Conference but suffered a first-round exit against the Atlanta Hawks. They missed the playoffs the following year, finishing 11th in the conference with a 37-45 record.

The Knicks are on track to secure a postseason berth this year. They are 21-18, nearing the midway point of the season, and ranked sixth in the stacked Eastern Conference.

Revisited: When Noah Schnapp revealed information about Stranger Things 4 during an appearance at New York Knicks game

Noah Schnapp used one of his appearances at MSG during a New York Knicks vs. OKC Thunder game on February 14th, 2022, to tease fans about the release of season 4 of Stranger Things. The show's last season came out three years ago, leaving fans impatient to see the new edition.

Schnapp marketed it brilliantly while appearing alongside co-star David Harbour, who plays the role of Chief Jim Hopper. During a routine close-up of celebrities present at the game, the Knicks camera focused on the two Stranger Things stars.

Harbour held his phone with a text that said, "ST 4 is coming soon, promise," as the Knicks' arena played the show's theme. Fans went into a frenzy after seeing the two on the center screen and the text that Harbour's phone displayed.

The video went viral and garnered over 5.5 million clicks. Season 4 of the show released on July 22nd, 2022.
