Kyden is Randle's oldest son, born in 2016. The New York Knicks star and his wife, Kendra Shaw, had their second son born in 2021, and they named him Jayce.

Julius Randle's son Kyden went viral on Saturday night during the Starry 3-Point Contest. Kyden's adorable reaction to his father's performance in the competition was hilarious. The New York Knicks star was a late replacement and only had 13 points.

Kyden has been in the spotlight for a few years. Julius Randle gave him his Most Improved Player Award in 2021. He also joined his father in several postgame interviews and was simply adorable.
Meanwhile, Julius has been having a great season with the New York Knicks. He's averaging 24.8 points, 10.8 rebounds and 4.1 assists. He was also named an All-Star for the second time in his career.
His partnership with Jalen Brunson has been a success in New York. The Knicks are currently sixth in the Eastern Conference standings with a 33-27 record. They are expected to make the playoffs, looking to win their first postseason series since 2013.

Julius Randle, his wife Kendra Shaw and son Kyden welcomed the youngest member of their family on Oct. 8, 2021. Randle discussed the birth of his second son in an interview with Scott Thompson of SNY.
"Amazing just to be able to grow my family, to bring our son into the world," Randle said. "For Kyden to become a big brother and all that. So it’s been a really, really positive past couple days for sure."
Randle also spoke about how Kyden was excited to become a big brother to Jayce. Kyden is five years older than his baby brother.
"He's obsessed being big brother," Randle said. He loves it. Very protective and really just loves being big brother."
