Kenneth Lofton Jr. was signed by the Memphis Grizzlies after going undrafted in the 2022 NBA Draft. To many's surprise, he isn't the son of former baseball player Kenny Lofton.
Lofton's father served in the United States Army and worked in the United States Postal Service for 18 years. Lofton Sr. was elected to the Port Arthur Independent School District board of trustees. Unlike his son, he isn't heavily involved in the world of basketball.
