What was the viral moment between Paul George and Joel Embiid during the NBA Finals?

Prior to game four of the 2024 NBA Finals between the Boston Celtics and the Dallas Mavericks, Paul George and Joel Embiid joined the NBA Countdown crew to discuss the contest.

Stephen A. Smith, one of the show's hosts, asked Embiid how he felt about the Celtics, who were on the verge of winning another title. The Sixers star admitted he couldn't stand the Celtics and that he hoped his team could improve during the offseason to compete with Boston.

While saying he hoped his team could improve by adding new pieces, the former MVP gave George a side-eye, suggesting he was referring to him.

The Philadelphia 76ers have become yearly playoff qualifiers since Embiid emerged. However, his groups haven't gone past the conference semifinals.

Meanwhile, Paul George has led his teams past the second round three times. His Indiana Pacers made the Eastern conference finals in 2013 and 2014. Then, in 2021, George made the Western conference finals with the LA Clippers where they lost to the Phoenix Suns.
