Jaylen Brown was on the receiving end of criticism after he shared a picture where he replaced Jason Momoa's face with his in an Aquaman post. The Boston Celtics star didn't provide a caption, leading fans to roast him about it.
Several fans called him cringe for posting the picture, with Jayson Tatum catching strays in the process.

Others mocked Brown for holding Aquaman's trident with his right hand (in reference to his left-hand struggles) and one fan even told him to try his luck in a different sport if he won't get the call for the 2028 Olympics.
"You’re one of the wealthiest men on the planet and couldn’t get a better edit than this? 😭" one fan questioned.
"Next time Nike keeps you off the USA basketball team just get a medal in Water Polo instead," another fan said.
Jaylen Brown has gone viral since mid-August for posting pictures of his offseason underwater workouts. He even worked out with a dumbbell in one hand and the basketball in the other which caught the attention of a lot of fans.
The workouts don't appear to end anytime soon as Brown is now coming out of the water to dunk the basketball. The Celtics' X account tweeted a couple of pictures showing a remarkable sequence from the 2024 NBA Finals MVP.
This gives a much better explanation for his now-viral Aquaman picture.
Jaylen Brown working on his game after playing his best season to date
Following a remarkable 2023-24 season with the Boston Celtics, where they went all the way to win the title, Jaylen Brown isn't done ironing his skills and working to reach new heights next season.
These underwater workouts might be unknown to many fans but Brown is doing more of them, even if he hasn't spoken about what it means to his game. With people still finding ways to criticize him, the three-time All-Star is getting ready for a season where plenty of eyes will be on him and Jayson Tatum.
Brown averaged 23.0 points (shooting 49.9% from the field, including 35.4% from 3-point distance), 5.5 rebounds, 3.6 assists and 1.2 steals per game last season. He's still one of the best players in the NBA and perhaps we'll see an even better version of him next season.
