Michael Jordan's son Marcus isn't known for his basketball skills but does have a good amount of experience playing-wise. The son of the NBA icon recently posted on social media bragging about putting people on notice.

Marcus Jordan posted a photo on his Instagram story of him on the basketball court at UCF. Based on his captions, it appears he was playing with some coworkers. Marcus then went on to say he went undefeated.

"The young bucks thought they could steal a game," Marcus wrote. "Had to show 'em how we do this #undefeated."

Michael Jordan's son Marcus never made it pro, but he did play at a high level. During his tenure as a student at UCF, he played on their men's basketball team. However, his time on the court was short-lived.

Marcus didn't play at all during his freshman year for personal reasons. At the time, UCF was sponsored by Adidas. Because he insisted on wearing his father's shoes, he never saw the floor. The school ended up terminating its deal with Adidas, opening the door for Marcus to appear in games.

In the summer of 2012, Marcus decided to put an end to his basketball career. He removed himself from the team, but still continued his studies at UCF and eventually went on to get his degree.

Doug McDermott opens up on encounter with Michael Jordan's son Marcus during UCF recruitment

Michael Jordan's son Marcus didn't spend much time with UCF's basketball team, but he did almost help them land a notable recruit. One current NBA player revealed being starstruck during his recruitment visit.

While talking with Ryen Russillo on his podcast, Doug McDermott talked about how UCF tried to recruit him to play there. He ended up spending time with Marcus and was in awe being around him at the time.

"I get to the airport in Olrando, my dad gets in the car with their coach, and then I get in the car with Marcus Jordan, MJ's son," McDermott said. "He picks me up in his all white Range Rover. Jordan logos on the headrest. I'm just this kid from Iowa, I'm just star struck."

Meeting Michael Jordan's son ended up not being enough to lure McDermott, as he ended up going to Creighton for college. Following a four-year run there, he'd end up being drafted by the Denver Nuggets in the lottery in the 2014 NBA draft.

Since being drafted, McDermott has been a journeyman sharpshooter in the league. He began last season with the San Antonio Spurs but ended up getting traded to the Indiana Pacers.
