Edey concluded the game with eight points on 3 of 7 shooting, including 1 of 2 from beyond the arc. He grabbed nine rebounds, with an impressive seven coming on the offensive glass, along with two assists, one block and one turnover in just under 20 minutes. Additionally, he went 1 of 1 from the free throw line and finished with a plus/minus of -8.

The former Purdue standout didn’t replicate his dominant first-quarter performance in the second quarter but continued to make a significant impact on the boards. The Canadian center excelled at grabbing crucial offensive rebounds, creating additional possessions for the Grizzlies.
By halftime, Edey had recorded eight points on 3 of 6 shooting, including 1 of 2 from beyond the arc. He pulled down six rebounds, five of which were on the offensive glass, and added two assists and one block to his stat line. Zach Edey struggled to replicate his first-half impact during the second half of the game. The rookie was unable to add to his scoring tally, missing both of his shot attempts. However, he remained active on the boards, securing additional rebounds and maintaining his dominance on the offensive glass.
