Edey finished the first quarter with four points, two rebounds and altered multiple shots around the rim. Memphis led 33-29 after the first 12 minutes ended.
Edey played roughly four minutes in the second quarter and contributed two points, three rebounds and one block. The Grizzlies allowed the Pelicans to get back into the game but still had a 71-62 advantage heading into the second half.
