Ousmane Dieng is a professional basketball player who as of December 2024, plays for the Oklahoma City Thunder. Wearing jersey number 13 in the Oklahoma City Thunder, Dieng plays small forward for his team. He attended the National Institute of Sport, Exercise, and Performance (INSEP) in Paris, where, as per the NBA's official website, Sam Presti, the manager of the Thunder's team, first met Dieng. According to the official website of the NBA, he averaged 12.6 points, 5.8 rebounds, and 2.9 assists for the feeder team for INSEP players. Dieng played for the Centre Fédéral de Basket-ball in the Nationale Masculine 1 of the 2020-21 season. Later, he joined the New Zealand Breakers of the National Basketball League for the 2021-2022 season on June 1, 2021.

Dieng was selected as the 11th overall pick in the first round of the 2022 NBA Draft by the New York Knicks but was immediately traded to the Thunder. He participated in the NBA G League Championship in 2024 and was named the Finals MVP of the tournament.
