Pascal Siakam is a power forward for the Indiana Pacers in the National Basketball Association (NBA). After finishing his prep career at God's Academy, he went to New Mexico State University from 2013 to 2016. He redshirted the 2013-14 season and won the Western Athletic Conference (WAC) Freshman of the Year award in 2015. As a sophomore, he won the 2016 WAC Player of the Year and was also named to the All-WAC First Team, as per the New Mexico State Aggies' website.

Siakam was selected as the 27th overall pick in the first round of the 2016 NBA draft by the Toronto Raptors. He made his NBA debut in a win over the Detroit Pistons on October 26, 2016. The three-time NBA All-Star helped the Raptors win the NBA championship in 2019. Siakam was traded to the Indiana Pacers on January 17, 2024 and made his Pacers debut on January 19, 2024.

After being discovered at a local camp by former NBA star Luc Mbah a Moute, he attended Mbah a Moute's basketball camp in 2011. He was later selected to attend the Basketball Without Borders camp, where he made an impression due to his athleticism. At the age of 18, he moved to the United States and attended God's Academy in Lewisville, Texas, as per reports.
