#2 Jamal Crawford
Jamal Crawford has been mostly used as a shooting guard over the past decade, although the veteran also has plenty of experience at point guard. The 3-time Sixth Man of the Year spent a season playing as the reserve point guard for the Portland Trail Blazers during the 2010-11, and it makes a lot of sense to bring Crawford back in the same role.
Despite turning 39 earlier this year, Crawford continued to perform well with the Phoenix Suns last season, averaging 7.9 points and 3.6 assists in 18.9 minutes per contest. Crawford also demonstrated his ability to deliver special performances when he dropped 51 points on the Dallas Mavericks back in April.

Ultimately, it is surprising that Crawford is still on the market this deep into the summer, and the Trail Blazers could do a lot worse.
