Portland Trail Blazers vs Miami Heat preview
The Trail Blazers are going through a rebuilding phase and their record shows that as they have won just three of the past 10 games. They are also just 5-16 on the road and things won’t get any easier in Miami.
Portland, however, is coming off of a 113-102 win against the Chicago Bulls on Sunday. Scoot Henderson led the charge with 25 points, while Deni Avdija had a double-double of 20 points and 12 rebounds.
The Heat haven’t been great recently either as Jimmy Butler was suspended for seven games. They went 4-6 in the past 10 games. Miami is coming off of a 128-107 blowout win against the San Antonio Spurs on Sunday. Kel’el Ware led the team in scoring off of the bench with 25 points and eight rebounds.
Duncan Robinson had 21 points, Tyler Herro had 18 and Butler had eight.
Portland Trail Blazers vs Miami Heat betting props
Jerami Grant’s points total is set at 12.5, which is under his season average of 14.8 points. With Anfernee Simons questionable with an elbow injury, Grant should have a bigger offensive load and score more than 12.5 points.
Jimmy Butler’s points total is set at 15.5. Since his comeback, he has scored 18 and eight points in the past two games. Bet on Butler to finally hit some consistency and score more than 15.5 points.
