CCRC, Times, VS and hosts Prime have entered the semifinals of the boys category of the 11th Prime Cup Basketball Tournament held at Kathmandu, Nepal.
Defending champions Trinity crashed out the tournament with a 59-65 loss to CCRC. CCRC took the first quarter 19-09 while Trinity took the second quarter 15-08. After the break Trinity came back into the match by taking third quarter 17-14. But CCRC held their nerve and took the last quarter 24-18 to kick the defending champions out of the prestigious Prime Cup basketball tournament. Sandesh Tamang top scored for Trinity with 18 points while Himal Tamang netted a match-high 19 points for CCRC.
