#3. Toronto Raptors

The Toronto Raptors failed to defend their title this year as they were knocked out by the Boston Celtics in a closely fought second-round series. Even though the Raptors have a solid backcourt in Kyle Lowry and Fred VanVleet, we've to keep in mind that VanVleet will be a free agent this off-season, and multiple teams are reportedly interested in him.

If VanVleet ends up leaving Toronto, signing Victor Oladipo will be the best-case scenario for the Raptors in order to stay in title contention in the upcoming years.

#2. Boston Celtics

Boston Celtics had a fairly successful 2019-20 season. But after getting knocked out of the Conference Finals for the 3rd time in 4 years, the Celtics might be getting a little impatient.
According to a recent NBA trade rumor from The Athletic's Jared Weiss, Boston Celtics might be interested in trading Gordon Hayward in exchange for Victor Oladipo. Given Hayward's injury history and his recent slump, the Celtics might have to add a few draft picks to make the deal work.
#1. Dallas Mavericks

The Dallas Mavericks' future seems bright because of their European dynamic-duo of Luka Doncic and Kristaps Porzingis. But given how stacked the Western Conference teams are, the Mavericks might be tempted to add a third star to their roster.
According to some NBA trade rumors, Mavericks are looking to add another big name to their roster this off-season. Oladipo's ability to create his own shots and also create for others will perfectly complement Luka Doncic. This 'big 3' in Dallas can pose a threat to any team in the West, and will be a definite contender for the title next year.
