San Antonio Spurs Head Coach Gregg Popovich jokes about Manu Ginobili's injury status

During the fourth quarter of their Game 3 loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder, Manu Ginobili left the bench to head for the locker room after 23 minutes of playing time.

Later in the post game press conference Popovich was asked if Ginobili had headed to the locker room due to any injury concerns, when Pop, showing off his great sense of humour, joked about Ginobili maybe being ruled out for the rest of the Playoffs.
