In his rookie season with the Raptors, Barnes helped the team finish the regular season as a 5th seed in the East with a 48-34 record. He averaged 15.3 points, 7.5 rebounds, and 3.5 assists per game while recording 49.2% accuracy from the field including 36.6% from the 3-point line.
