Seth Adham Curry is a basketball player who belongs to America. He was born in Charlotte, North Carolina, United States, on August 23, 1990. Seth most recently played for the Brooklyn Nets in the NBA.

Seth Curry was born into a sports-loving family. His father, Dell was also a basketball player for the Charlotte Hornets. Seth’s mother, Sonya played volleyball at Virginia Tech. Seth Curry and his older brother, Stephen visited the grounds when they were young. Their father usually takes them with him to his basketball games. This really helped the kids to develop an interest in basketball.

Seth studied at Charlotte Christian School in his hometown. He started basketball at this school and averaged 22.3 points, and 5 rebounds in his senior year. Seth graduated from this school in 2008 and after that decided to enrol at a college. For this, he went to Liberty University, in Lynchburg, Virginia, USA.

Seth Curry enrolled at Liberty University in 2008. He averaged 20.2 points during his first year of college. It was the best average for a fresher across the nation. His jersey number at college was the same as his father and brother had which was 30.

After a season, Seth transferred to Duke University in Durham, North Carolina. As per transfer rules, he sat out for one season (2009-10) and continued to play in the next season. His jersey number at this college was the same as the previous one.

Seth was named the new starter when Kyrie Irving suffered from a toe injury. Thereafter, he had an impressive performance. Seth scored 17 points against the Miami RedHawks men’s basketball team. Shortly after, he recorded a season-high 22 points in a game against North Carolina.

Seth Curry’s performance on December 29, 2012, was the best in his basketball career. He scored 31 points in a match over Santa Clara. Seth was named to the All-ACC first team by the end of his senior year of college.

After finishing this season, he declared for the 2013 NBA draft. However, Seth was not selected there. Later, he signed with the Golden State Warriors. After that, he kept on signing new contracts with various NBA teams. Till now, Seth has played nine seasons in the NBA for eight different teams.
