When Gilbert Arenas was playing in the NBA, it was customary for fans to watch him with dropped jaws. These days, his youngest daughter Hamiley is drawing the same reactions.
In a couple of IG stories shared by Arenas's girlfriend Melli Monaco, Hamiley—who plays high school ball for Notre Dame Sherman Oaks—is seen showcasing her skills on the court. These skills include dishing the ball to an open teammate, scoring off an offensive rebound, and dribbling with a masterful pace before sinking a baseline floater.
"Making it look easy," Monaco said in her caption. Hamiley's mother Laura Govan—an ex-partner of Arenas and a "Basketball Wives" alum—also raved about her daughter's performance on the court.

"She got Game," Govan said with a heart emoji.
Gilbert Arenas has some very, very skilled kids
If Hamiley's freshman season with Notre Dame is any indication of her hoops trajectory, fans can expect this talented young lady to make it big in the sport.
Notre Dame head coach Jena Laolagi has described Hamiley as "a 5-foot-10 combo guard that can play positions one through four, depending on what the team will need." This versatility, of course, is reminiscent of her father's multifaceted game, which NBA fans came to admire in the 2000s.
Though Gilbert Arenas's pro career is now in the history books, Hamiley and the rest of his children ensure that the Arenas legacy is alive and well. The eldest of these kids, Izela, had a productive high school stint at Sierra Canyon before taking her talents to the Louisville Cardinals.
Meanwhile, Hamiley's older brother Alijah is projected to be a top college recruit in 2026. With performances like his 53-point outburst in the state playoffs, the Chatsworth High star could end up in a top-notch program like his father's alma mater Arizona.
As for Gilbert Arenas's youngest son Aloni, he has played AAU ball for the Compton Magic. Govan has also heaped praise on his basketball skills, calling Aloni, "my mini sniper."
