Sviatoslav "Svi" Yuriyovych Mykhailiuk is a professional basketball player who plays for the Utah Jazz as of January 2025. He was selected by the Los Angeles Lakers as the 47th overall pick in the second round of the 2018 NBA Draft as their small forward/shooting guard. Mykhailiuk started his professional playing career in 2012 for the Cherkaski Mavpy, a Ukrainian professional basketball club, in the Ukrainian SuperLeague. According to the Proballaers, he scored a total of 133 points, grabbed 48 rebounds, and made 40 assists in the 2013-14 season of the Ukrainian SuperLeague. Mykhailiuk played for various teams, including the Detroit Pistons, the Oklahoma City Thunder, the Toronto Raptors, the New York Knicks, the Charlotte Hornets, and the Boston Celtics before joining the Jazz. He and his team, the Celtics, became the NBA Champions in 2024.

Mykhailiuk attended the University of Kansas in 2014 and joined the Kansas Jayhawks men's basketball team, where he started all 39 games and averaged 14.6 points per game during his senior season. He was named the Second-team All-Big 12 in 2018, where he averaged 14.6 points and was ranked 12th in the Big 12 in scoring, according to his college roster profile.
