James has led the LA Lakers to the NBA finals this season, and the team are set to face off against the Miami Heat. While many may have expected James to be higher up in this list, it must be mentioned that he is the highest-paid player right now if all his endorsement deals are taken into consideration.

Durant is currently out injured and missed the entire 2019-20 campaign because of it. However, with the player finally nearing fitness, we can't wait to see him and Kyrie Irving wreak havoc in the league together next year.
