#3 Pascal Siakam

Pascal Siakam won the NBA championship and the Most Improved Player award in 2019. However, his journey was far from smooth. Although he was the 27th pick in the 2016 NBA draft, the Toronto Raptors assigned him to their G-League affiliate team.

During his time with the Raptors 905, he averaged 18.2 points, 8.6 rebounds and 2.6 assists while leading them to a championship victory. Because of his brilliance on the court, he was declared the Finals MVP.

Siakam had a below-par 2020-21 season by his standards. Due to the peculiar nature of the season, it is understandable. However, it is unlikely that we have seen the best from him as the Raptors front office are hoping to build their squad around him.

#2 Khris Middleton

The Detroit Pistons drafted Khris Middleton in the second round of the 2012 NBA draft but was sent to Fort Wayne Madant. After returning to play, he had a mediocre rookie season.

Over time, Middleton has developed into one of the most effective 3-and-D players. His partnership with Giannis Antetokounmpo has been productive, as the forward has shown that he can be reliable on offense and defense.

Middleton did an exceptional job leading the Milwaukee Bucks when Giannis was unavailable. His average of 23.6 points in the playoffs was a major boost.

In addition to the NBA finals' success, he also suited up for Team USA and earned the gold medal in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.

#1 Danny Green

Danny Green has been an exceptional role player since he joined the NBA. After being drafted by the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2009, he played in the G-League for two seasons.

Green is not a high-profile flashy player. However, he has helped three different franchises win the NBA title. His first run was with the San Antonio Spurs back in 2014. He was also a member of the 2019 Toronto Raptors that clinched the title.

In 2020, the LA Lakers won the NBA championship, making LeBron James and Green the 3rd and 4th players to win a championship with three different teams.
