#2. Eric Moreland
On March 14, 2019, the Raptors announced that Eric Moreland had signed a 10-day contract with the team. The 27-year-old power forward had played just one game all season before signing a temporary deal in Toronto, although Moreland impressed during his brief stay in Canada.
Moreland appeared in three games for Toronto, averaging 2.3 points, 4.3 rebounds, and 1.3 assists in 10.1 minutes. Whilst Moreland's contract has now expired, it is believed that the Raptors were impressed by his immediate impact, and his ability to play multiple positions is also a lure.

The Oregon State graduate is unlikely to attract interest from elsewhere ahead of the playoffs, and the Raptors have time to mull over a potential deal. Ultimately, Moreland is not going to sway a playoff series in the Raptors' favor, however, he is another capable big that would provide added depth.
