Trendon Nelson Watford is an American professional basketball player and as of October 2024, he plays a power forward/small forward for the Brooklyn Nets. He attended the Louisiana State University and played for the LSU Tigers men's basketball team in 2019. After his sophomore season, he decided to forgo his college eligibility and declared for the 2021 NBA Draft.
Watford remained undrafted in the 2021 NBA Draft but signed a two-way contract with the Portland Trail Blazers in August 2021. His contract was later converted to a standard deal in 2022. He was waived by the Blazers in 2023 and on August 3, 2023, he signed a contract with the Nets.
