Ty Jeremy Jerome is a professional American basketball guard for the Cleveland Cavaliers in the 2025 NBA season. He graduated from the Iona Preparatory School for his high school education in New Rochelle, New York. Later on, he played collegiate basketball at the University of Virginia for the Virginia Cavaliers men’s basketball team from 2016 to 2019. Throughout his collegiate career, Jerome played 105 games, starting in 76 of them, averaging 9.6 points, 3.0 rebounds, and 3.7 assists per game. He led his team to an NCAA championship in his senior year and was named to the Second Team All-ACC, as per Virginia Cavaliers' official website.
