The 6-foot-5 point guard, Tyrese Haliburton was drafted as the 12th overall pick by the Sacramento Kings in the first round of the 2020 NBA Draft. After playing for more than a season in Sacramento where he finished top-3 in the Rookie of the Year race, Haliburton was part of a blockbuster trade which landed him in Indiana with the Pacers.

Haliburton soon became the franchise player of the Pacers and averaged 17.5 points, 4.3 rebounds, 9.6 assists and 1.8 steals in his first full season (2021-22). Haliburton added more to this and said that he wears the number 0 as a reminder to himself to always stay humble and hungry. In an interview with the NBA, he explained, "I always want to start back at zero, like I haven't done anything yet. So, that's kind of why I picked that number."
