"Undisputed," with Skip Bayless and Shannon Sharpe, was one of the most beloved sports talk shows of the late 2010s into the 2020s. The show ended in August after eight seasons following the abrupt exits of Shannon Sharpe, followed by Skip Bayless.

On Monday, nearly five months after the show's cancelation, reports broke of a massive lawsuit from one Fox Sports hairstylist who accused Bayless and a network executive of sexual harassment. Noushin Faraji filed the lawsuit after working for Fox Sports from 2012 until 2024.

Fox Sports said in a statement, "We take these allegations seriously and have no further comment at this time given this pending litigation."

What are these accusations? Here's a dive into the severe accusations against Fox Sports and Skip Bayless.

What allegations is Skip Bayless, Fox Sports facing?

In her lawsuit, Faraji accused the network executive of touching her forcefully while attending a Hollywood party in 2017. According to the lawsuit, Fox Sports executive Charlie Dixon grabbed Faraji's buttocks during the party.

The suit also faults Dixon for using his position of power to sexually harass other women working for the network, along with Joy Taylor, who reportedly told Faraji to "get over" the incident at the 2017 party. Taylor is also blamed for "insulting Faraji on a personal and professional basis," according to the suit.

The lawsuit alleges Bayless offered to pay Faraji for sex. Faraji recalled Bayless "began finding excuses" to touch her during weekly haircuts, which started continuing sexual advances from the on-air personality. The lawsuit states Faraji told Skip Bayless of a potential cancer diagnosis to stop the advances, but he persisted.

These advances recurred until Bayless left "Undisputed" in 2024, when Bayless asked Faraji how much money it would take for her to sleep with him. In 2021, Bayless reportedly offered Faraji a massive sum of $1.5 million to have sexual relations with him.

Bayless also allegedly accused Faraji of having a relationship with his then-co-host and Pro Football Hall of Famer Shannon Sharpe, which is false. Bayless did not move to another network since leaving Fox Sports and has since shifted his attention to his podcast.
