Dwayne Johnson picks Black Adam's sidekicks
"Inside the NBA" is very entertaining thanks to its crew. Shaquille O'Neal, Charles Barkley, Kenny Smith and Ernie Johnson have fantastic chemistry together and NBA fans love watching them.
Thanks to their chemistry, the show has become a massive success and all its members have recently received long-term contracts with Warner Bros.
While these sports personalities are amazing on TV, Dwayne Johnson wondered how good they would be if they were in "Black Adam." More specifically, he was curious about the crew's abilities as sidekicks.
"This is gonna be good," Dwayne Johnson said after watching the movie trailer. "But sometimes I think Black Adam could have a sidekick."
"Another guy who doesn't play by the rules. Somebody who is ready to kick some a**," he added.
The Rock then went on to describe each member of the show and the qualities they possess. The "Black Adam" actor also gave each "Inside the NBA" member a fitting sidekick nickname.
Who would be the best sidekick for Black Adam?
Dwayne Johnson considered Shaquille O'Neal to be Black Adam's sidekick. Shaq has already starred in a couple of movies and is very entertaining, so acting won't be an issue for him.
The Rock pointed out how Shaq does his own stunts and is good at dancing. His sidekick name would be Shaq Adam.
Dwayne Johnson then talked about Charles Barkley, who is another great entertainer. The "Black Adam" actor told how Barkley doesn't play by the rules and is tough, which are the qualities his sidekick needs to have.
Unfortunately, the former NBA player wouldn't be super alert as he loves to nap. His sidekick name would be Nap Adam. Johnson did not even consider Kenny Smith due to his clumsiness. He believes his sidekick name would be Wack Adam.
Lastly, the popular actor spoke about Ernie Johnson as his sidekick. One has to wonder how well Black Adam and Bow Tie Adam would cooperate together.
While NBA fans would be delighted to see the "Inside the NBA" crew in the movie, this isn't going to happen as Johnson will keep doing it alone. "Solo, it is," the actor concluded at the end of the video.
