Isiah Thomas is not a big fan of Michael Jordan. The two had several epic battles during their playing careers, but it appears that their fight is long from over.
The Detroit Pistons legend recently spoke about Jordan's "The Last Dance" documentary. Thomas spent hours contributing to the documentary, yet MJ only picked the part that suited his narrative. Additionally, the former point guard was not even paid for it.
Charles Oakley, another star from the same generation of players, shared his thoughts regarding the feud between Isiah Thomas and Michael Jordan. However, Thomas responded by implying that he doesn't know what he's talking about.

The Isiah Thomas-Michael Jordan feud now involves Charles Oakley
Charles Oakley was the ninth pick in the 1985 NBA draft. He was selected a year after Michael Jordan and the two were teammates for three years. However, their biggest success together was winning one game in the second round of the playoffs.
Oakley and Jordan were eliminated from the 1988 playoffs by the Detroit Pistons and Isiah Thomas. Due to this, it's no surprise that there is still some bad blood between them and the point guard.
Thomas was born in Chicago, but spent his entire playing career in Detroit. Oakley claimed that Isiah was upset with Jordan because the Chicago Bulls guard came to his city and took it over. However, Thomas disagrees.
"I grew up on the West Side sometimes with no house to call my own," Thomas responded. "I never had the ego to call a city mine. You are not from Chicago that’s why you think that way."

Oakley was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. He was even selected by the Cleveland Cavaliers in the draft, but his draft rights were traded to the Bulls.
Many other prominent NBA players, such as Dwyane Wade, Derrick Rose and Anthony Davis, were also born in Chicago. However, most of them have found success in other cities.
Rose had an amazing run in the Windy City, but couldn't win a championship, while D-Wade became a legend in Miami and Davis won it all with the LA Lakers. Many of them were inspired by Michael Jordan, but they had no problem playing for other cities.

Not even Jordan cared that much about being successful in his hometown. He was born in Brooklyn, New York, and grew up in Wilmington, North Carolina. However, most people know him exclusively for the time he spent in Chicago.
Considering how popular the Thomas-Jordan feud has been lately, it won't be surprising if more former NBA players join in on it and share their thoughts.
