Zoran Dragic (born on June 22, 1989) is a basketball participant from Slovenia. He initially began playing basketball at his hometown with the youth clubs and honed his gaming skills. Zoran now performs for the Cedevita Olympija of the Slovenian League and ABA League. Throughout his basketball journey, he also performed inside the NBA for the Phoenix Suns and the Miami Heat from 2014 to 2015.

In 2006, Zoran Dragic’s talent earned him a spot with Geoplin Slovan inside the Slovenian League, in which he showcased his abilities for 4 seasons. His brilliant overall performance led him to Krka in 2010, where he performed for two seasons. Zoran's skills caught the attention of several international basketball leagues. He joined the Houston Rockets for the NBA Summer League in 2012, making a significant step towards his dream of playing inside the NBA. However, it was his move to Unicaja Malaga in Spain’s Liga ACB that solidified his status. During his time with this team, Zoran’s skills flourished, leading to a contract extension with Unicaja Malaga.

The pinnacle of his career came when he signed with the Phoenix Suns in 2014. Making his NBA debut in November of that year, he showcased his skills in various basketball matches. Zoran became a part of a unique historical moment when he and his brother Goran played together for the same team. A brief stint with the Miami Heat followed, before Zoran made his return to Europe. He found success with Russian club Khimki, Italian club Olimpia Milano, and Turkish group Anadolu Efes. Despite dealing with setbacks due to injuries, which includes a torn ACL, Zoran’s willpower and hard work paved the way for his effective return to the basketball court.

His journey continued with spells in Germany's Basketball Bundesliga (BBL), a return to Liga ACB with Baskonia and a foray into the Lithuanian Basketball league with Zalgiris Kaunas. In a heartwarming twist, he later joined Cedevita Olympija within the Slovenian and ABA leagues in January 2022. Since then, Zoran has been performing for the same franchise.
