The Mr. Olympia Men's Physique 2023 has disclosed his intention of retaining the title in the 2024 Mr. Olympia.
Ryan Terry, who is competing again in the same category this year, has shared a glimpse of his preparation for the Mr. Olympia event which is about eight weeks away from now.
He shared this amazing video of himself on his Instagram:
"8 weeks out from the @mrolympiallc 👊🏼 this marks the half way point for me in prep.. can’t tell you how focused and determined to improve from last year and retain that title," Ryan Terry wrote.
This year the most prestigious event in professional bodybuilding, Mr. Olympia, completes 60 years, and that's only another excuse for Ryan to guard harder for his title:
"Taken me a long time to achieve the MP Mr Olympia title and I have no intentions of letting up now 👊🏼 especially on such a momentous year as the 60th Olympia 😬."
There are extremely few athletes who win a title the year they enter it. The others dream, prepare hard, enter the competition, and prepare harder every year until they win the title they always wanted.
Before finally winning the Men's Physique, Terry had made 'only' nine attempts towards victory, as he shared this photo on his gram:
"Its only took nine attempts, against the strongest ever 47 men’s physique pro line up with 3x MP Mr Olympias who have 8 titles between them to get straight firsts and win 🥇🙉🤯🙈 haha… crazy and very surreal right now," Terry wrote upon winning the 2023 Men's Physique.
Here is the message Ryan wrote for all those who seek inspiration from him:
"Never give up on your dreams, truly believe and back yourself, be consistent and relentles."
Run at 6, no caffeine, and aesthetic facial: See Terry's prep for Mr. Olympia
Ryan's latest vlog shows how well his prep is going on for the Olympia weekend. He has been off caffeine for at least 2 months now, although he hasn't revealed his reason for this as of now.
Ryan went for a run around the lakeside early morning, and after breakfast, he revealed what he does for his appearance: he had a firming-facial at his own aesthetic clinic, Aesthetic@RT.
