Arnold Schwarzenegger recently reacted to a fitness milestone recorded by one of his clients of his newly-launched 'Pump' app. Schwarzenegger is the legend of the bodybuilding industry. He alone changed the bodybuilding and fitness industry back in his prime and is still continuing it even at the age of 76.
Arnie launched his exercise app 'Pump' earlier this year, which allows its users to share their improvements on the internet. Recently one fan got the attention of the seven-time Mr. Olympia Arnold Schwarzenegger himself.
The Austrian Oak was impressed by the villager (Arnold Schwarzenegger calls the users of the Pump app 'villagers') and reshared a tweet on his X account showcasing his recent progress. The image shared highlighted that the villager named Joseph K completed the workout specially designed for the users and lifted a total of 47,300 pounds in just 16 sets and did an astonishing total of 323 reps.
The villager thanked Arnold Schwarzenegger for the workout, writing on his X account:
"New max weight, this new phase is killler, thanks for some killer workouts @Schwarzenegger and crew!"
Arnie appreciated his efforts and wrote an encouraging message via his X:
"That is A LOT of weight. Congrats! Keep pumping," said Arnold Schwarzenegger to his fan.
Arnold Schwarzenegger continues to share more of his villagers' achievements
The seven-time Mr. Olympia not only shared one tweet, he also shared a bunch of tweets on his X account, motivating everyone on their fitness journey. One of the app members shared that he has continued his intermediate fat loss workout after a back injury. He was able to lift 7,600 pounds on his first day while doing 11 sets with a total of 155 reps.
The seven-time Mr. Olympia was impressed by the comeback and wrote on his X:
"I love comebacks! Keep pumping."
One more fan shared his intermediate fat loss workout report with the bodybuilding legend. The fan completed the workout with a total of 18 sets, doing 290 reps and lifting 9,000 pounds. The villager was so hyped up from the workout that he even shared the pump in his biceps, writing on his X:
"Killed my #pumpclubapp workout then added a 30 min high intensity bike ride that left me covered in sweat. Thanks @Schwarzenegger @ketch and @BornFitness for the tips and tricks."
This tweet even pumped the Austrian Oak, and he replied:
"That’s what I call doing the reps."
The bodybuilding legend never misses a chance to inspire and motivate everyone toward staying fit and healthy. This is one of the best examples of how Arnie is changing the fitness industry.
