The cheapest ticket for the match cost £1500 rising up to about £5000. Only 1000 tickets were made available to the general public while the rest of the 15500 tickets will be handed to the fighters, sponsors and promoters. The tickets for the fighters weigh-in also will also go on sale on Friday.

Talking about the weigh-in, Mayweather’s promoter Leonard Ellerbe said that the atmosphere in the arena during the weigh-in would be unlike any other seen before.
"The weigh-in is always the grand finale of fight week activities. And with the massive interest in this fight, the number of fans looking to attend the official weigh-in is going to be something we've never seen before,” he said.
