There have been rumors speculating that the Reclaimer 18 shotgun may receive a new Akimbo Aftermarket Part in MW3 and Warzone in the upcoming Season 5. This shotgun, known in the Call of Duty franchise as the SPAS 12, was renamed Reclaimer 18 and introduced in Season 4 Reloaded.

As a fan-favorite shotgun, it boasts a high damage output, making it quite decent to use. However, its slow fire rate and lengthy reload time mean it has a niche group of enthusiasts. If the Akimbo setup becomes available for this weapon, it will be exciting for fans, allowing them to dominate close-range combat with lethal power in both hands.

A gameplay clip from a popular scooper @realityuk_ suggests that the Reclaimer 18 Akimbo Aftermarket Part may indeed arrive in Season 5.

MW3 and Warzone Season 5 rumored to introduce the Akimbo Aftermarket Part for the Reclaimer 18 shotgun

A leaked Warzone Mobile gameplay clip was posted by @realityuk_ on X with the caption:

"First look at the Akimbo SPAS12 AMP"

This suggests that the upcoming season may introduce the Akimbo Aftermarket Part for the Reclaimer 18 shotgun. All the games, including MW3, Warzone, and Warzone Mobile, are interconnected, with shared content such as weapons, Aftermarket Parts, and more. Therefore, if this content is introduced in Warzone Mobile, it will also appear in MW3 and Warzone.

In the clip, the Operator holds the Reclaimer 18 shotgun in both hands, suggesting an Akimbo setup. In Season 3 Reloaded, the classic Akimbo Model 1877 returned to the game as an Aftermarket Lockwood MK12 part, transforming this marksman rifle into a lethal weapon and gaining popularity within the community.

Therefore, introducing an Akimbo Aftermarket Part for Reclaimer 18 is not unrealistic, and there is a high chance it will become available in Season 5, although it may not be available at launch but rather as the season progresses. This addition would be a great enhancement for this popular weapon.

Even though Akimbo builds are best suited for close-range combat, their effectiveness significantly decreases as the range increases. However, at close range, they possess devastating power, capable of eliminating enemies with a single precise shot.

This new shotgun has two fire modes: a pump-action mode with high damage and limited range but a low rate of fire, and a semi-auto mode with an increased rate of fire. To unlock this weapon, Complete Sector 23 of MW3 and Warzone Season 4 Battle Pass.
