All Black Ops 6 multiplayer details leaked online: Interactive maps, Custom Reticles, and more

Numerous Black Ops 6 Multiplayer leaks have surfaced online, as @betterthanalaix on X recently leaked a plethora of interesting details about the upcoming Call of Duty game including gameplay videos, all maps, a closer look into the Gunsmith system, and more. Needless to say, the leaks have since been taken down and completely removed from the internet.

In this article, we'll take a closer look at all the new BO6 Multiplayer leaks.

Black Ops 6 Multiplayer to feature interactive maps

One of the most intriguing features in Black Ops 6 is a part of the gameplay that is intertwined with the maps. As seen in the leaked footage, BO6 maps seem to have interactive maps where players can interact with certain objects to open up new pathways and routes to flank their targets.

A clip also showcased ziplines, similar to Warzone, giving the Multiplayer maps a lot of verticality compared to the last Black Ops game. Moreover, players can now shoot to open doors instead of manually getting close or running through them to open them up, adding a dynamic element to the maps.

All Black Ops 6 Multiplayer leaked maps

According to the leaks, Black Ops 6 Multiplayer will reportedly be launched with 20 maps, some old and some new.

The old maps, such as Nuketown, which has been the stable of the Black Ops series, have received changes to keep up with the modern gameplay standards. Other maps returning from previous Black Ops entries have also been subject to similar treatment.

All leaked Tactical and Lethal Equipment in Black Ops 6 Multiplayer

All Black Ops 6 Multiplayer Tactical and Lethal Equipment have been leaked as well. They are:

Concussion Grenade
Flashbang
Stim Shot
Prox Alarm
Decoy

Lethal

Frag Grenade
Semtex
Thermo Grenade
Blast Trap
Combat Axe

According to the leaked gameplay clips, these are all the Equipment that will be featured in the game at launch. However, note that more Equipment can be added to the list as the game gets closer to launch.

All leaked Field Upgrades in Black Ops 6 Multiplayer

Field Upgrades play a crucial role in Call of Duty and Black Ops 6 Multiplayer isn't planning on getting rid of these pieces of Equipment. The following is a list of all the leaked Field Upgrades:

Assault Pack
Trophy System
Neurogas
Acoustic Amp
Sleeper Agent

The most interesting among these is the Sleeper Agent Field Upgrade, which allows players to disguise themselves as an opponent, allowing them to infiltrate their sites and potentially eliminate them.

List of all the leaked Perks and Wildcards in Black Ops 6 Multiplayer

The following is a list of all leaked Perks and Wildcards in Black Ops 6:

As for the Wildcards, there are three at the moment:

Overkill: Allows the player to equip two Primary Weapons
Gunfighter: Get three extra attachment points for the Primary Weapon.
Perk Greed: Allows for four Perks.

Apart from that, there's a new feature called Speciality, which will grant the player an additional advantage in the game. When players equip three Perks of the same category i.e., Enforcer, Recon, or Strategist, they can gain an additional benefit. Equipping all three Perks of the Enforcer Category will get them a new ability, which will provide a temporary buff to the movement speed and health regeneration rate.

The category each Perk belongs to is labeled in the selection menu, giving players sufficient information to pick the right set of Perks that suit their playstyle.

All leaked Scorestreaks in Black Ops 6 Multiplayer

So far, only eight Scorestreaks from Black Ops 6 Multiplayer have been leaked. Fans will be familiar with some of them already as they have been present in the series since COD 2007.

Here are all the Scorestreaks in BO6 along with the score requirements to earn them:

Note that this list is based on the leaked footage and there will be more Killstreaks and Scorestreaks in the final build.

With most of the item leaks out of the way, let's take a closer look at some of the gameplay features that caught our eye.

Black Ops 6 Multiplayer will allow players to customize their reticle

Irrespective of the Optical Sight used, Black Ops 6 Multiplayer will enable players to customize the reticle on their sights based on their preference. This is important since some Optical Sights have a minimal build with little to no obstruction.

However, the reticle itself may be distracting or too big. In BO6, the reticle won't be an issue, as players can customize them to their heart's content and select from a host of different reticles in the game, tuning the gameplay to their liking.

Visual recoil is considerably high in Black Ops 6 Multiplayer

Observing the leaked gameplay footage of the leaked Black Ops 6 Multiplayer, it was evident that the visual recoil is considerably high this time around. Fans had similar concerns with Modern Warfare 2 (2022), which although was tweaked, never really solved the problem.

BO6, at its current stage, has significant visual recoil, to the point where seeing the enemies upon full auto firing is nearly impossible. However, the footage was from an alpha build of the shooter and hence, the visual recoil might be tweaked in the title's final release.
