Treyarch has confirmed all major Black Ops 6 Zombies characters in the latest Terminus Island trailer for the game. After a long wait, the developers have finally revealed the story for Black Ops 6 Zombies. Players will be seen fighting waves of the undead on the round-based Terminus Island map while trying to escape successfully.

Black Ops 6 Zombies characters confirmed for the round-based Terminus Island map

Black Ops 6 Zombies will feature many returning faces alongside a new character. With the recent Terminus Island trailer, seven Black Ops 6 Zombies characters have been confirmed. These are:

Grigori Weaver
Elizabeth Grey
Mackenzie Carver
Oskar Strauss
Stoney Maddox
Maya Aguinaldo
William Peck

Grigori Weaver was last seen as the head of the Strike Team under the Office of Requiem. However, Weaver was arrested following the events of The Forsaken in Black Ops Cold War Zombies. The Director of Requiem, aka Edward Richtofen, sent him and other Strike Team members to Blacksite 13, which is Terminus Island.

In Black Ops 6 Zombies, Weaver's character attempts to escape the island while seeking revenge against Richtofen.

Another major Black Ops 6 Zombies character is Elizabeth Grey. She was also arrested alongside Weaver after the events of The Forsaken and sent for indefinite containment at Terminus Island. For over five years, Grey has been in prison while preparing to face any challenge. Although a doctor by profession, the hardships in prison have made her stronger.

The next confirmed character in Black Ops 6 Zombies is Mackenzie "Mac" Carver, who was also a member of Requiem and served as the head of the Containment and Security Division of the organization. He was also sent to Terminus Island's underground prison where he became dedicated to his friends there.

Meanwhile, Doctor Oskar Strauss seems to have become very weak after being in prison for over five years as a result of intense incarceration and interrogation. Also, his age has worsened his situation, as he tends to rely on his colleagues. Alongside Weaver, Grey, and Carver, Strauss was also arrested on Richtofen's orders after the events of The Forsaken in Black Ops Cold War Zombies.

Among the aforementioned Black Ops 6 Zombies characters, Stoney Maddox, better known by his callsign of 'Raptor One,' is seen in prison. In Black Ops Cold War Zombies, he was the pilot of the MH-6 Little Bird helicopter that would get players in and out of maps. Like other characters, he was also arrested and sent to indefinite containment at Terminus Island.

There's also a new character named Maya Aguinaldo, a young Filipina smuggler. She arrives on Terminus Island in pursuit of her brother after he disappears there. Aguinaldo will be seen assisting Weaver, Grey, Carver, Strauss, and Raptor One escape the underground prison, but only after finding her brother.

Another familiar face, Doctor William Peck, was seen in a cutscene of Black Ops Cold War Zombies, trying to get a boat to Terminus Island. The recent trailer confirms that he's come to the isolated place to rescue Weaver, Grey, Carver, Strauss, and Raptor One with the help of Maya Aguinaldo. However, his main purpose is to find and kill The Director of Requiem, aka Edward Richtofen.

Black Ops 6 Zombies gameplay trailer date confirmed

Alongside revealing the Terminus Island trailer, Activision recently confirmed the date for an official Black Ops 6 Zombies gameplay trailer. It is set to release on August 8, 2024.

Fans can expect to get more content based on the Black Ops 6 Zombies gameplay. They will be able to watch Black Ops 6's extended round-based Zombies gameplay live during Call of Duty Next later this month on August 28, 2024.
