All enemies in Black Ops 6 Zombies explained
There are several types of enemies in Black Ops 6 Zombies, where most of the Zombie types are taken and inspired by previous Black Ops titles. The difficulty of foes increases as the rounds progress, making the waves more difficult to counter.
.Here's a detailed list of all enemies in Black Ops 6 Zombies:
- Zombies: These are the most common type of undead creatures that attack players in swarm-like hordes. They deal damage at close range and can also rip a portion of their body and use it as a projectile that will deal damage at medium to long range.
- Armored Zombies: These zombies are equipped with armor giving them more HP than the standard ones. They can be countered by focusing fire on a particular body part.
- Heavy Zombies: These zombies are equipped with high-tier protective gear making them invulnerable to incoming damage. Their armor is an upgraded version of the Armored Zombie's armor.
- Vermin: Vermin are large arachnid-like creatures with a thorax at the center, which eerily resembles a human head in distress. They can sprint and jump to inflict damage, and can also deal projectile damage. While they are dangerous in groups, they are ineffective individually.
- Parasites: These flying creatures deal long-range damage with their acid bile. They look like flying insects with a toothy head connected to thin, membrane-like wings, and a bulging abdomen.
- Manglers: The Manglers are lethal zombie creatures initially introduced in Black Ops 3, and have returned in Black Ops 6. They are equipped with a powerful Aetherium-augmented cannon that fires explosive rounds. They also possess high melee damage that can easily knock down players.
- Amalgams: Amalgams are formidable entities, composed of flesh and sinew, from which emanate sounds akin to bellows. They have been observed to possess as many as ten arms and five legs, with an apparent ability to regenerate lost limbs. Their primary mode of attack involves stretching out a cluster of limbs to form a tendril, with the intent of pulling victims into their maw-like chest cavities.
Apart from the aforementioned enemies in Black Ops 6 Zombies, the developer also introduced a new type of anomaly known as the Tentacle. The Tentacle is a gigantic monstrosity found outside the waterbody on the Terminus map.
The Tentacle emerges from the sea and attacks players who wander outside the main island of the map. The creature targets tactical rafts and emits lethal noxious vapors from its huge tentacle arms.
