Call of Duty Black Ops 6 Zombies will be a feast for players for multiple reasons. Today, on August 8, 2024, a new blog post revealed a ton of exciting new features that will come along with the Zombies mode, such as new weapons and movements. However, the upcoming title also aims to maintain pre-existing features such as Power-Ups.
In total, there are eight Power-Ups mentioned in the new Black Ops 6 Zombies blog. This article will explain what they all are and how exactly it is that they work in the game.
Power-Ups in Black Ops 6 Zombies: All Names and their effects
Black Ops 6 will feature many of the usual Power-Ups you may have observed in the previous versions of the zombies mode. You can activate these Power-Ups to work your way out of difficult situations. They can also be used to earn more points, regain your armor, and much more.
Power-ups in the game are meant to help you and your team perform better and reward good gameplay. Many players may recognize the Bonus Points or the Max Armor Power-Up.
Here is a list of all the exciting Power-Ups as mentioned in the Call of Duty Black Ops 6 Zombies blog:
- Insta-Kill: Base zombies are dispatched with one hit, and more powerful enemies aren’t killed, but receive additional damage. Does not count towards Field Upgrade charging.
- Double Points: Doubles the amount of Essence points gained for enemy takedowns.
- Max Ammo: Refills all ammunition carried for every weapon and equipment.
- Nuke: Destroys all base zombies, and more powerful adversaries aren’t killed, but receive additional damage. Enemy spawns are delayed by a few seconds.
- Fire Sale: After the Mystery Box moves, this may appear, activating all Mystery Box locations and reducing the purchase cost considerably.
- Bonus Points: Grants all players an additional amount of Essence points.
- Full Power: Instantly fills all players’ Field Upgrade.
- Max Armor: Fully repairs armor to the maximum Tier you own.
Power-ups can usually be collected from the ground after defeating your enemies. They can also appear randomly on the map. Activision asks players to be aware that all of these effects will be available in the game depending on the situation on the ground. Regardless, these are bound to help players complete objectives in Black Ops 6 Zombies.
This could mean many things, however, as of right now, Treyarch has not revealed if there's a new way to receive said Power-Ups in-game.
