Call of Duty added two secret attachments in MW3 and Warzone Season 5. They are the Paracord Grip and the Quartermaster Suppressor, an Underbarrel, and a Muzzle attachment, respectively. Unlike other attachments in the shooters, these two cannot be unlocked the traditional way i.e., by leveling up a gun, and as a result, players tend to overlook them.

How to unlock all the secret attachments in MW3 and Warzone Season 5?

The Paracord Grip and the Quartermaster Suppressor in MW3 and Warzone Season 5 can be unlocked via Armory Unlocks.

Here's how you can do it:

First, go to the game's main menu (not Call of Duty HQ).
Then select 'View Challenges', which is located right beneath the Daily Challenge list.
From there, select 'Armory Unlocks'. Here you will find all the items that you can unlock by completing challenges.
Find the 'Paracord Grip' or the 'Quarter Master Suppressor ', and select it to activate the challenge. Please note that you can unlock only one attachment at a time.
Both these attachments require you to earn 8 Armory Unlock points. These can earned by completing Daily Challenges or winning matches. In either case, you are awarded 1 point for completing one daily challenge or winning one match.
Once you have earned 8 Armory Unlock points by completing Daily Challenges or winning matches, the attachment you activated will be unlocked for use.
After unlocking one attachment, head over to the Armory Unlocks menu again and from here activate the challenge for the second attachment.
Now earn 8 Armory Unlock points to get the other attachment.

That's it. By following the abovementioned steps you will unlock both the Paracord Grip and the Quartermaster Suppressor in MW3 and Warzone. These attachments were added to the games with the Season 5 update but since they aren't unlocked by leveling up a weapon, they remained hidden in plain sight.

As seen from the above table, it is among the few Underbarrel attachments in the games with no cons at all. It drastically reduces the horizontal recoil, which is more difficult to control. On top of that, it boosts the sprint to fire speed, reduces the idle sway, and keeps your aim steady while walking.

This makes it a great attachment for loadouts that are meant for aggressive plays, as it will boost the handling stats of the weapon it is equipped with and also make it more accurate, without losing out on anything.

Being a suppressor, the Quartermaster keeps you off the radar when you are firing the weapon it is equipped with. Furthermore, it makes the weapon more accurate by improving gun kick control and reducing the recoil. It will go well with all full-auto weapons in the games and especially shines with the new STG44 and the Static-HV.
