According to the content drop blog for Season 1, Citadelle des Morts will be the next map in Black Ops 6 Zombies. Set in an abandoned European castle, it is filled with undead terrors and hidden secrets.
The blog also revealed that after the shocking revelations at the end of the Terminus Main Quest, Weaver, Maya, Carver, and Grey follow the clues to Europe, where they discover this castle. This suggests that the storyline will advance, with the primary Easter egg progression taking place on this map.
Additionally, the update will introduce a new Perk-a-Cola, Field Upgrade, Ammo Mod, Wonder Weapon, and notably, a new enemy type specific to Citadelle des Morts.

- The new map, Citadelle des Morts is said to feature a Sword Wonder Weapon called Umbral Blade, with four elemental variants. No further details have been confirmed, such as how they will function or how they can be unlocked. This information is based on datamined sources.
- There’s also speculation about the return of the Wunderwaffe DG2, a popular Wonder Weapon from Call of Duty: World at War.
- New additions may include the Light Ray Ammo Mod, as well as returning Perk-a-Colas like Vulture Aid, Tombstone Soda, and Death Perception.
- Hellhounds and Mimics are rumored to return, though no timeline has been confirmed. They may appear in Season 1 Reloaded or later.
