"Boring Meta with OP guns": Warzone fans call for drastic changes as the game feels stale now

Call of Duty Warzone has over 120 guns, and with that many weapons in the arsenal, the meta situation has been getting more and more difficult each day. Warzone has all the weapons from Modern Warfare 3 and Modern Warfare 2. While the former receive regular updates, the latter remain almost the same as before. However, with each update, only two or three weapons emerge as meta and every player uses them.

The user also explains that the Modern Warfare 2 weapons have been almost useless since the launch. Furthermore, there are too many attachments that people don't use as well. As a result, the game has become more bloated.

Call of Duty has also announced that the Black Ops 6 weapons will also be added after the integration, and the old weapons will still be there. This will lead to a massive number of weapons in the arsenal with only a handful getting regular updates.

Its literally always been like that, every once in awhile you'll get a somewhat balance making a good amount of guns viable but it doesn't last long until new weapons come that are completely broken

Another user called F_Gastro added a new point. According to them, players can't even try using another weapon because of cheaters. With the Kar98K being one-shot, things are already difficult. If people even try using other weapons, they won't stand a chance to win.
