This is the best M4 loadout that you can use with the AMP in Modern Warfare 3. This build is recommended by @XVItheGreat on his X account.
- Muzzle: ZEHMN35 Compensator Flash Hider
- Underbarrel: Bruen Heavy Support Grip
- Laser - FSS OLE-V Laser
- Rear Grip: Saking ZX Grip

One of the most important attachments for this build is the ZEHMN35 Compensator Flash Hider. It decreases the recoil and also hides the flash, making the weapon more stable while fighting.
