Black Ops 6 Campaign does not have more than one ending. While previous generation Black Ops titles implemented different ways to integrate multiple endings through the use of in-game choices that players had to make, the latest Activision shooter title does not entertain the same approach. Games like Black Ops 2 and Cold War had a more impactful choice-based mechanic as it would affect the overall narrative of the entire game - including the ending.
The developers have decided to take the simpler and more linear route for Black Ops 6. Therefore, fans will not be able to experience different endings or secret narratives in this game. This was confirmed by Jon Zuk, who is the Associate Creative Director at Raven Software, and he said:
"Black Ops 6 is a linear story, so there is not a branching ending for this one".
This article will highlight the possible reasons behind the linear storyline in Black Ops 6 and why it does not have multiple endings.

Why does the Black Ops 6 Campaign have only one ending?
Black Ops 6 Campaign sets up the player for their next entry, which is reportedly a direct sequel to Black Ops 2. Since the story of Black Ops 2 is already set in stone and the next game picks up where it left, the BO6 Campaign falls in line with it so that fans can get a continuous narrative experience without hiccups.
While there were multiple endings in Black Ops 2 and Cold War, developers have confirmed that only the events from one of those endings will proceed in the series.
In Black Ops 2, the fate of Alex Mason is sealed. He was killed by Frank Woods, who was tricked into shooting him. Similarly, in Cold War, the storyline ends with the team putting an end to the nefarious plots of Perseus and spoiling his plans of nuking major cities.
Since all these storylines must merge for the next game, the developers decided to simplify things for the players from a narrative standpoint. This is why the Black Ops 6 Campaign has a linear storyline with no hidden or multiple endings.
However, that doesn't mean it is another Modern Warfare 3 (2023). To make up for the limited endings the game has to offer, the developers have extended the length of the Campaign in Black Ops 6 with lots of variety and replayability that are certain to keep players engaged for hours on end.

Conclusion
There is a lot of work that goes into building a storyline with games like Black Ops 6. This is primarily because the devs need to figure out and leave enough space to create a narrative for other games if a sequel for it goes into development. The Black Ops 6 Campaign offers a lot of meaningful missions that can be completed by making different choices.

However, the choices converge upon mission completion and do not affect the final narrative of the story. This is a healthy way to keep the community on the same page for the game's lore. It also opens up new routes to take the story in a new direction with future installations of the game.
