The availability of Black Ops 6 cross-progression support is a frequently asked question among fans. This is an extremely helpful feature that allows you to carry over your progress between multiple platforms. The answer is yes: Black Ops 6 provides cross-progression since the game is available across all platforms, including PC and consoles like PlayStation and Xbox. You can transfer your in-game progress, such as levels, achievements, cosmetics, and more, even if you switch platforms.

Black Ops 6 cross-progression support explained
Black Ops 6, the highly anticipated entry for all CoD fans, is set to launch on October 24, 2024. The game offers both cross-play and cross-progression support, meaning you can play with friends across platforms, and your progress will carry over even if you switch devices.
To activate the cross-progression feature, you must log in using the same Activision account. This applies to in-game levels, weapon progression, and cosmetic purchases. However, Call of Duty Points (CP) are an exception - CP bought on one platform will not transfer to another.
For instance, if you purchase CP on PS5 and later switch to PC, the points will remain tied to your PS5 account and won’t be accessible on PC, even with the same Activision account.
Cross-play and cross-progression have been available since Modern Warfare (2019) and will continue to be a feature in both current and future titles. Players on any supported platform, Windows PC (via Battle.net, Steam, or Xbox App), PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S, can enjoy playing together. Moreover, switching between these platforms is effortless as long as you use the same Activision account.

However, Xbox and PlayStation users, whether on last-gen or current-gen consoles, must have an active Xbox Core or PlayStation Plus subscription to play online and access cross-progression. If you're switching to or between Xbox and PlayStation, ensure you have the appropriate subscription active for a seamless experience.
