First, create a loadout with the RGL-80 Launcher as your Secondary Weapon. You can use any Equipment, Field Upgrade, or Perks with this loadout.
Next, join a match in the Hardcore playlist. If possible, find objective-based game modes such as Hardpoint or Domination.
Once found, equip your loadout in-game and use the RGL-80 to spam grenades on the objective points or on the routes that lead to the objective.

That's it. You will get your Double Kills in no time. In the Hardcore mode, your HP is down to only 30 points.
