Follow these steps to complete the challenge:

First, you must equip a Recommended Sniper Rifle. It is advised to equip the MORS with the Angel-40 4.8X Optic for this challenge. The optic will show you the range at which the target you are aiming is at. For a Sniper, the target must be at least 50 meters away from you for it to count as a Longshot.
Next, you must select the right game mode. The easiest way to finish this task is in the War Mode's Operation Spearhead map.
Now, all you have to do is find spots on the map that will get you easy Longshot Kills. Some of these locations include the SAM Site (Marked B) in the first stage and the Police Office (Attackers' side) in the second stage.
Once you have positioned yourself correctly, use your MORS to get those kills. You will often find your opponents on the other end of the map trying to snipe you as well, and you will get the Longshot Double Kills in no time.
