There are a total of 10 rewards in the Premium Pass, including the Front Man skin. So, you must unlock the first nine rewards in the Premium Pass by purchasing it and earning XP. Once you have obtained the first nine rewards, you'll be eligible to unlock the Front Man skin, which will require 356,000 XP.
Now, you might wonder how to earn the XP needed to get this Operator skin. Fortunately, since it's an XP-based event, there are no specific criteria you need to fulfill.
