Several players have been reporting instances of MW3 Zombies Frost Damage Kills not tracking. This has posed a problem for players as in the Season 4 Week 4 challenges, one of the tasks requires players to get 300 Frost Damage Kills. With the challenge not tracking, players have been unable to complete the task and acquire the associated rewards.

It appears to be a glitch at the moment, but CoD has yet to address the issue. That said, there are a few workarounds that may help. Hence, in this guide, we will look at some of the possible fixes for the MW3 Zombies Frost Damage Kills not tracking error.

Possible fixes for the MW3 Zombies Frost Damage Kills not tracking error

The following are some of the possible fixes for the MW3 Zombies Frost Damage Kills not tracking error:

Re-equip the gun

If your Frost Damage Kills challenge isn't tracking as it should, you should try re-equipping the gun. To do so, simply drop the weapon on the ground and pick it up. Once picked up and equipped, your Frost Damage Kills should start tracking in the game.

Do not Pack-a-Punch your gun

If the above solution didn't work for you, make sure that your weapon isn't Pack-a-Punched. It is highly recommended to use the base weapon and the Cryo Mod on top of that to complete the challenge. Doing so can make your kills count normally.

Equip the default weapon

Sometimes in MW3 Zombies, if you use Weapon Blueprints or any Camos, a bug prevents you from tracking your stats with the weapon. This also results in you being unable to complete MW3 Zombies camo challenges. Hence, it is recommended to only equip the base variant without any Camos or Blueprints for that particular weapon.

These are some of the most common fixes for the MW3 Zombies Frost Damage Kills not tracking error. Please note that this appears to be a glitch in the game at the moment and even implementing these fixes may not resolve the problem completely.

Hence, if the issue persists even after implementing the abovementioned fixes, it is highly advised to get in touch with Activision's support team for further assistance.
